10-Year Replacement Warranty

DivideUte stands behind the quality and durability of our products. All TrayDivider and TubDivider products carry a 10-year replacement warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the original date of purchase.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers defects that arise during normal use when the product is installed, used and maintained in accordance with our instructions, including:

  • Defects in materials or manufacturing that affect the product’s intended function.
  • Failures of supplied fasteners, fittings and mounting components caused by defective materials or workmanship.

If a covered defect occurs within the warranty period, we will replace the defective component or product at no cost to you.

What’s Not Covered

This voluntary warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse or incorrect installation.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, dents or fading, that does not affect the product’s function.
  • Powder coating or its deterioration.
  • Damage or defects caused by modifications or alterations.

These exclusions apply only to our voluntary warranty. They do not exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

How to Make a Claim

Contact sales@divideute.com.au, or use the contact details below, with:

  1. Your order number, receipt or other proof of purchase.
  2. A description of the defect and when it first appeared.
  3. Clear photos showing the issue, where possible.

We will assess your claim and contact you about the next steps. We may request further information or arrange inspection of the affected component or product.

Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide return instructions.

Replacements and Claim Costs

For an approved warranty claim, DivideUte will cover the replacement and reasonable shipping costs, including any return we require.

Where possible, we will arrange return shipping directly. If you incur reasonable postage or other necessary claim expenses for an approved claim, email your receipts to sales@divideute.com.au to request reimbursement.

If an identical replacement is unavailable, we will discuss a suitable equivalent with you. This does not limit any remedy available under Australian Consumer Law.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

The benefits provided by this warranty are additional to your other rights and remedies under Australian law. The warranty period and exclusions do not limit those rights.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
