10-Year Replacement Warranty

DivideUte stands behind the quality and durability of our products. All TrayDivider and TubDivider products are covered by a 10-year replacement warranty from the date of purchase.

What's Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

• Structural failure or breakage under normal load conditions
• Defects in manufacturing that affect the product's intended function
• Hardware failures (fasteners, fittings, and mounting components)

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by exceeding the product's rated load capacity
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, fading) that does not affect function
• Powder coating
• Products that have been modified or altered

How to Make a Claim

To make a warranty claim, contact us at sales@divideute.com.au with:

1. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
2. A description of the defect
3. Photos of the issue

We will assess your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Return shipping of the defective product may be required.

Limitations

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under Australian Consumer Law, which are not limited by this warranty.
