Shipping Policy

DivideUte is operated by WHENT PTY LTD. All orders ship from Rockhampton, Queensland 4701, Australia.

Dispatch times

Standard orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of placing your order. For orders that include powder coating, please allow an additional 14 days before dispatch.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times and costs

Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Dispatch and delivery are separate timeframes.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays or your delivery location.

Delivery providers

We use third-party delivery providers to transport your order. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact DivideUte directly so we can follow it up with the carrier and help resolve it.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, appears to be lost or arrives damaged, email sales@divideute.com.au with:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Photos of the product and packaging, if damaged and where possible.

Please keep any damaged items and packaging while we arrange the next steps.

We will investigate with the delivery provider and work with you to resolve the issue, including arranging a replacement or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
