What if I change my mind?

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee allows you to return your divider within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

Change-of-mind returns are available to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. You are responsible for securely packaging the product and paying return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Email sales@divideute.com.au with your order number before returning your product.

What if my order arrives damaged, is faulty or is incorrect?

Contact sales@divideute.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue and photos where possible.

We’ll assess the issue and explain the next steps. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Our change-of-mind return conditions do not limit those rights.
